Old Salt Distillery is casual and relaxed both in atmosphere and service style, with a menu selection best enjoyed shared with good company. We source quality produce directly from Australian farms, producers or well-respected providores. We keep everything simple, honest and most importantly, delicious.
The bar offers a range of house-made beverages on tap: From our craft beers, fruit based hard seltzers to our house made sodas. Cocktails are made using our award winning gins, vodka and small batch fruit liqueurs. In addition there is a small selection of wines from small vineyards.
Our menu changes with whats in season and is prepared by us, from scratch, no shortcuts. We cater for many food allergens and dietary requirements (please consult staff when placing any order).
Old Salt Distillery is a venue that welcomes everyone and is accessible for everyone. In addition, it’s pet friendly (please keep all pets on a lead and clean up after any mess they may make).
Old Salt Distillery Bar is open every Friday from 12pm to 6pm. Our selection of hand crafted beverages are available alongside an ever changing menu.

Every season, Old Salt Distillery holds a intimate degustation dinner. Limited in seats, these evenings celebrate Australian produce and are matched with beverages made on site.
